C.6 MELANZANE ALLA PARMIGIANA
Layers of sliced aubergine, fresh basil, mozzarella, tomato sauce, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and baked in the oven.
C.7 CROCCHETTE PATATE E FUNGHI
Mashed potatoes mixed with mushrooms and parsley rolled in home-made bread, crumbs and deep fried. Served with a green salad and mayonnaise.
C.8 CROCCHETTE AGLI SPINACI E RICOTTA
Mashed potatoes mixed with spinach and ricotta cheese, rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried. Served with fresh green salad and mayonnaise
C.9 CROCCHETTE AL FORMAGGI
Mashed potatoes mixed with mozzarella, gouda cheese, parmesan cheese rolled in bread crumbs and 
deep fried. Served with fresh green salad.
C.10 ARANCINE ALLA SICILIANA
Balls of fresh cooked rice filled with mozzarella cheese, green peas, mushrooms and tomato sauce.
C.11 CAVOLFIORI AL FORNO
Fresh cauliflower baked in the oven with a béchamel sauce, fresh basil, olives and parmesan cheese.
C.12 CRESPELLE
Savoury pancake stuffed with mushrooms and cheese in béchamel sauce, served 
with warm farmer’s bread.
C.13 GNOCCO
Home-made pasta stuffed with three types of cheese, spinach, Italian herbs and tomato sauce sprinkled with parmesan.
C.14 MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA
Melted mozzarella enveloped in crispy slices of farmer’s bread and served with butter 
and spinach
C.15 FUNGHI ALLA PIZZAIOLA
Fresh mushrooms sautéed with fresh tomato sauce, oregano and olives, served with warm farmer’s bread.
C.20 ASPARAGI FULMINATI
Fresh asparagus marinated in tomato sauce with pepper cheese, mushrooms and shavings of parmesan cheese, served with bread.

Smashed potatoes and Italian herbs baked with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
